Generally speaking we enter into one of two agreements with our Clients. Either we pay money up front after an initial discussion and confirmation that they are the proper party after which we assume the risk of securing the balance of the funds OR
We alternatively enter into agreements where we do all filings and work and are paid ONLY after SUCCESSFUL retrieval of funds on behalf of our clients. If they do not receive money we receive nothing.
Which sort of agreement we enter depends on the circumstances and the needs of each client. Something we are always happy to discuss and personalize.
