Our Approach
We thoroughly research the contents of bankruptcy filings and records. We attempt then to locate the correct individual from what information we can find. For common names that sometimes can be difficult.
From there we try to treat each deal with importance not seeking to get rich off of any in particular as we contact those owed, in some cases, as little as $500.00.
If you are contacted in error we apologize and hope you understand that we start solely from a name and general location and do our best to make sure we find the proper party, but we at times can make mistakes.
Our Story
We are a small family business. Combining a lengthy sales career with knowledge of the law for efficient processing and high quality client care.
We are not a company that buys and collects on bad loans or harasses people. If we are contacting you it is because we believe you are owed money. It’s good for us if we are able to find the proper party and ultimately get your funds released.
